Inspired by the ability to create a new kitchen in a completely new space within the house, as well as the client’s love and appreciation for mid-century design; we also had the luxury of super high ceilings, which made a huge impact on the design and introduction of feature elements.
Beautiful Tasmanian Blackwood Veneer was used as the feature in this space, with a neutral grey to the base cabinets and a light concrete-look benchtop; a calming addition which balanced the warmth of the timber in the new design.
